Is this just ChatGPT with a wrapper?

How is this different from Shopify Sidekick?

Sidekick is a conversational assistant inside the Shopify admin. It answers questions about Shopify data. myclever AI works across Shopify and your payments, analytics, email, and accounting tools, and gives you a ranked weekly plan rather than a chat answer. Different job.

Do you integrate with Klaviyo?

Not yet — you'll see Klaviyo listed as “Coming soon” in the integrations section. It's on the 2026 roadmap. Today we read email signal from Mailchimp plus customer behaviour from Shopify, which covers most of the highest-impact ecommerce actions. When Klaviyo goes live, existing customers get it included on their plan, no price change.

Do you pull in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads data?

Not yet — all three are marked “Coming soon” in the integrations section and are on the 2026 roadmap. Today the system uses Google Analytics for channel-level performance signal, which surfaces underperforming traffic sources without needing direct ad-platform access. Direct ad platform integrations are next in build priority because every DTC brand we talk to asks for them.

Is my data safe?

Yes. On Pro and Scale plans your data is 100% private — no benchmarking, no model training, no cross-customer aggregation. Read-only access to your tools. GDPR-aligned. Data deletion on request.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

Nothing automatic. We don't take a card upfront, so nothing charges. You'll see a prompt to choose a plan if you want to keep using it.

How long does setup take?

Under 60 seconds for the first tool, a few minutes if you connect all your sources. You'll see your first ranked action plan within a week of connecting — we need at least 5–7 days of data to produce a useful first plan.

Will it work for a brand doing £30k a month? £500k a month?

Best fit is brands in roughly the £500k–£5m annual revenue range. Below that, the data tends to be too thin for the system to produce sharp rankings. Above that, you usually have an ops director or fractional CFO already doing weekly prioritisation — myclever AI still helps, but the leverage is lower.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can sign in to Shopify, you can connect myclever AI.

What if I try it and don't like it?
