Cookie Policy

How myclever AI uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

Last updated: October 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Websites use them to recognise sessions and remember information.

We also use browser storage, including local storage, for preferences and cookie-consent choices. This policy covers both.

Why we use them

Keep you signed in.
Support security and abuse prevention.
Remember preferences.
Save your cookie-consent choices.
Measure Reddit advertising when you give marketing consent.

Essential cookies and storage

Essential technologies support the service and do not depend on marketing consent.

connect.sid session cookie: Identifies your signed-in session. Configured with a seven-day maximum age.
myclever-cookie-consent local-storage entry: Remembers your consent choices. No automatic time-based expiry is enforced by the current storage code. It remains until cleared or invalidated by a consent-version change.
Preference storage: Remembers settings such as locale and theme. Retention depends on the setting and your browser. Local-storage values remain until cleared or replaced.

Cloudflare Turnstile also processes browser challenge information to help prevent automated abuse.

Blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in or other features from working.

Advertising: Reddit Ads

We use Reddit Ads tracking only when you give marketing consent.

When enabled, Reddit’s tracking script can receive browser identifiers and information about visits or conversion events to measure advertising performance.

Reddit may use cookies or similar technologies. Their exact names and lifetimes are controlled by Reddit and your browser.

We do not send your connected GA4 reports to Reddit.

Third-party services

Some third-party services receive browser requests even when marketing cookies are disabled:

Google Fonts supplies website fonts.
Cloudflare Turnstile supports abuse prevention.
Google sign-in is used when you choose that sign-in method.
Stripe processes checkout when you use it.

These requests are not the same as consenting to Reddit advertising. The providers have their own privacy and cookie information.

Managing your choices

Use Manage Cookie Settings to accept or reject optional categories.

Marketing consent controls whether the application loads Reddit tracking. Essential technologies remain enabled.

You can also use your browser settings to view and delete cookies, clear local storage, block third-party cookies or block cookies from particular websites.

Changing your consent cannot undo information already sent. Removing a tracking script does not necessarily erase cookies already stored by a third party. To remove those, use your browser controls.

Your rights

You can refuse optional cookies and change your consent choices.
