Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most users are up and running in under 5 minutes. Just sign up, connect your data sources, and tell us your business goal.
Do I need a credit card to start?
You can start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime.
Which tools do you support today?
We currently support Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Stripe, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive, Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and Mailchimp as fully working integrations. Sage, GoCardless, PayPal, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Zendesk are coming soon.

How often do insights update?
Insights update as your connected tools update. Core plan users receive weekly action plans. Pro and Scale users can generate on-demand action plans anytime.
What happens if my data is missing or wrong?
myclever AI works with the data available in your connected tools. If data is incomplete, insights may be limited. We recommend connecting multiple data sources for better results. You can always reconnect or update your tool connections.

What's included in each plan?
Core: 3 tool connections, 1 active goal, 1 user seat, weekly action plans. Pro: 8 connections, 3 goals, 3 user seats, on-demand plans, 100% private data. Scale: 20 connections, 10 goals, 5 user seats, on-demand plans, team features, priority support, 100% private data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Which countries do you support?
myclever AI is available in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Pricing is displayed in your local currency (GBP, USD, or CAD).
Data & Privacy
Do you train AI models on my business data?
Core plan data may be used in anonymised, aggregated form for benchmarking. Pro and Scale plans are 100% private - your data is never used for training or benchmarking.
What data do you store and for how long?
We store connection metadata and generated insights. Core plans retain 90 days of insight history. Pro and Scale plans retain full decision history. Raw data from your tools is processed but not permanently stored.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. You can request complete data deletion at any time through the contact form on our website. We will remove all your data within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We implement access controls, audit logging, and follow security best practices. Pro and Scale plans include additional privacy guarantees.
