How long does setup take?

Will it work for a 4-person agency? A 40-person agency?
Best fit is 5–30 people. Below 5 the data tends to be too thin for the system to produce sharp rankings. Above 30 you usually have an ops director who's already doing this manually — we can help, but the leverage is lower.
